🎒 About the role

If you love talking and engaging people, storytelling, and meme-ing - then this position is for you! Community Leads will help us grow a vibrant, fun, supportive, and inclusive DAOHQ community.

💪 What you’ll accomplish

• Facilitate Discord and Space discussions
• Communicate with external users and DAO-enthusiasts.
• Standardize quantitative and qualitative feedback and communicate it back to our design & engineering teams
• Create engaging Twitter discussions (and memes!) that are research-backed
• Organize ad hoc events like the ConstitutionalDAO convention and DAOHQ hackcelerator

📚 Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communications (written and verbal), and copywriting skills.
• Worked on organizing multiple events with hundreds of participants.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Experience moderating on Discord
