🎒 About the role
Your work will focus on pursuing complex problems within a portfolio of high-impact experiences. You will define and align on problem statements and genuine user needs while collecting and synthesizing background information from all likely sources. You will be well-versed in a range of qualitative research methodologies, experienced in planning and conducting studies, and focused on delivering insights that directly inform product roadmaps. You will be creative and strategic in approaching research, passionate about helping people, and highly collaborative.
📚 Qualifications
- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including service design, research, IA, sprints, prototyping, etc.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Figjam, prototyping tools).
- Ability to build and prioritize highly detailed and precise design artifacts (flows, journey maps, service blueprints, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs, related documentation).
- Built or contributed to a comprehensive design system
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Experience with Fintech, Web3, crypto, and accessibility
- An online portfolio of professional work is required
- Ideally, 4-8 years leading the design of high-impact consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Proven track record of running research and collaborating with other teams to uncover insights, identify users’ needs, and craft better products
- Experience in qualitative research methods such as ethnographic field research, heuristic evaluations, lab, and remote usability testing
